DynaVariacor® – the flexible connection between your tool and compressed-air hose

A stiff compressed-air hose can get in the way while you work: it pulls on the tool, twists and makes the tool harder to guide. The DynaVariacor® swivel connector makes the connection more flexible. Two swivel joints allow you to position the hose to suit your working position.

How to use the swivel connector

1. Select the appropriate version.
   The thread, air passage and permissible operating pressure must match the tool and compressed-air supply. Refer to the technical specifications of the selected connector and the tool's operating instructions.
2. Disconnect the compressed-air supply.
   Before installation, disconnect the tool from the air supply and depressurise the line.
3. Install the connector.
   Fit the swivel connector between the tool and the supply hose according to the manufacturer's instructions. Follow the requirements for sealing and fastening.
4. Check the connection.
   After connecting, check for leaks and freedom of movement. Route the hose so that it is neither under tension nor kinked.
5. Use the tool as usual.
   Position the hose to suit the working position and follow the tool's operating instructions.

Particularly helpful when working angles change frequently and supply hoses are stiff: you can concentrate more on guiding the tool.
