Discharge the sand
Two electric vibrators further break down the loosened core. Sand falls into the bottom of the machine.

Adapted to your casting
MASDIM machines are particularly suitable for medium and large production runs. In addition to cylinder heads, applications include engine blocks, manifolds, pump housings and structural components. A rotation option is available for castings with complex internal cavities: the casting rotates during vibration to assist sand discharge. Manual loading, automatic loading and unloading, and integration into robotic cells and existing production lines are tailored to the application.
Trials with your castings
Massin has test machines available. Together we assess the decoring task, fixture and loading using your parts.
