From hammering unit to decoring solution
The hammering unit transfers pneumatic impacts to the casting through a suitable striking tool. It is selected together with the fixture, loading method and subsequent decoring process. Depending on the series, different feed lengths, upright or suspended flange mounting and versions with or without a start safety device are available. A simple, maintenance-friendly design and dust-tight enclosed versions support operation in foundries.

Geometry, contact surface and shank must suit the unit and casting. Our catalogues show different striking tools for the KE 605.
